The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program's Entrepreneur Stream is designed to attract & support entrepreneurs, and high net worth individuals to establish new business in Canada and/or buy an existing business in the province of Ontario. Eligibility Requirements:The British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC-PNP) is designed for business owners and senior managers who intend to invest funds into a proposed business in British Columbia and obtain a work permit of Canada.
Successful applicants must sign a Performance Agreement with the province. It allows them to get the work permit to establish the proposed business in the province. Applicants will only be nominated for Permanent Residence upon compliance with the Performance Agreement.
The Work Permit stream is the only available options in PEI for entrepreneurs which allows foreign nationals with business ownership or extensive management experience to move into PEI to establish their businesses there and eventually become a Permanent Resident of Canada
Eligibility Conditions:Selection of applicant is based on points calculated on various factors including applicant's age, his/ her business ownership and/ or past management experience, net worth position, language test results and proposed investment level.
