Employment Based Immigration - USA EB 3
Processing Time: 3 to 4 Years

Skilled workers or other professionals qualify for this type of visa. The eligibility is judged through education, skills and professional experience:

  • Skilled workers must have at least two years of job experience or training, which cannot be seasonal in nature
  • For professional workers, bachelor's degree from either U.S. or its equivalent foreign country is required. The degree should be relevant to the profession that has been chosen
  • For unskilled labor, less than 2 years of experience or training is acceptable, given that the nature of their work is not seasonal or temporary
  • For all kinds of workers (skilled, unskilled and professional), a full-time permanent employment and labor certification is also required. The nature of their work/job should be such that there are no other qualified people already present in the U.S. performing such a job
  • Spouse and unmarried children under 21 years of age are permissible to accompany the worker to the U.S
National Interest Waiver - USA EB-2
Processing Time: 6 Months

Labor Certification requirement is waived off only if the applicant possesses extraordinary skills and can benefit the U.S. economy. Sponsorship from any employer is not required for this type of visa.

  • You would benefit the U.S. economy
  • Your merit should be a proof of your ability, with regards to what you plan to achieve
EB-3 Employment based immigration
Processing Time: 3 to 4 Years

For unskilled labor, less than 2 years of experience or training is acceptable, given that the nature of their work is not seasonal or temporary. Examples of employment includes, but are not limited to, nurses, caregivers, A full time permanent employment and labor certification is also required. The nature of their work/job should be such that there are no other qualified people already present in the U.S. performing such a job.

Spouse and unmarried children under 21 years of age are permissible to accompany the worker to the U.S.
